After your Discovery Call (Initial Consultation) with us, we typically recommend a Design Consultation so that Michelle can get out there and lay eyes on your project. We approach the type of Consultation based on the scope of your project, so select the one that best fits your needs and we’ll be knocking at your door in no time!

What is the Staging and Decor Package?

This design package is something we include in our Full-Service package, but we’ve extracted it for spaces that don’t necessarily need a full overhaul.

What types of spaces is this package best for?

We believe that styling done right is the key to success for spaces that have great bones, but need the finishing touches to complete that perfect look you are going for.

We often do Staging Packages for newly renovated Kitchens and Bathrooms or smaller spaces such as Foyers, Powder Rooms, that don’t require many furnishings to complete the look. We can also step in and style a space that you would like to hand over to us to complete the look for such as Living Rooms, Family Rooms, Sunrooms, Bedrooms, etc.

How does it work?

In this process, we will meet with you, gather your ideas and inspiration for the space(s) and pull together a plan to lightly furnish, accessorize, decorate and finish off the space for a complete and finished new look!

What is “Floor Plan and Furnish”?

Floor Plan and Furnish is a great package for those who are looking to ensure that the look and feel of your home is perfectly planned and designed to suit YOU. Not only will we ensure that the layout, proportion and scale of the pieces you invest in are exactly as they should be, but we will also carefully curate a collection of furnishings hand-selected for your space to reflect your personal style, story and use.


This package delivers so many of the great benefits of our Full-Service Design Process, with the primary difference being that we hand the design baton to you after we’ve purchased those ideal, foundation furnishings pieces and leave the personal styling and final details for you to execute on your own. This package allows for a great partnership between our clients and our amazing design team because we create the recipe for beautiful spaces in your home, serve as your design concierge and assist with the purchase and install of the furnishings and then hand the design baton to you to finish the accessories and special details on your own, at your own pace. Want to bring us in to take the space to completion at a later time, no problem, just tag us back in and we’ll bring it all home!

When you work with us at this capacity, we will select products that reflect how you really plan to LIVE in your home because we take the time to get to know YOU in our design process to ensure we are delivering the perfect home that you have always envisioned, but never knew how to execute.

What is Interior Design Consulting?

Our Interior Design Consulting Package is for clients who are not currently looking to purchase a Full Service Package with us, but still wish to consult with an expert designer on design projects.

*The flat fee for each 2 hour Consultation will be $400.


In this intensive in-home consultation, we will be using a detailed and customized Design Presentation Report to write down everything that needs to be done in the main areas of your home, so that they shine!

This DIY service is designed to give you all the objective, expert advice you need to do the design work yourself in the form of a detailed, design report. 

The consultation can take up to 2 hours and we will cover the following: 

  • Detailed phone interview in order to completely understand your project, style and preferences 
  • Recommended furniture arrangement and flow 
  • De-cluttering, rearranging and optimizing space in each room 
  • Highlighting architectural features and freshening up each room 
  • Lighting, window treatments and accessory arrangement 
  • Color advice and emotional connection points in each space, so you love the look of each space! 


You will walk away with all the answers, a Priority Shopping List and an Exclusive Vendor List to help you complete the design process and set you well on your way to a gorgeous looking home!

  • Our designers can also go with you to select materials or furnishings if that is something you’d like her to help you with. The possibilities are endless, just let us know what you’re looking to do and we’ll figure out a package customized to your needs.
  • We will advise the best way to go about structuring the consulting with you on a project-by-project basis.

What to Expect from a “Kitchen or Bathroom Remodel” Consultation

*You must first book a FREE “Discovery Call” before you can purchase a Renovation Consultation

  • Purchase the package and schedule your consult using the calendar displayed. This consultation is a series of three visits to your home, you will schedule the first visit with Michelle through this appointment tab.
  • Michelle will come to your home for an initial walkthrough of your space. Together you’ll discuss your space, changes you’d like to make and talk about inspiration images and what your vision is for your new space.
  • Michelle will schedule a second visit to bring in her trade team, including all the designers and trades men and women it will take to execute a remodel – we call this our “Trade Day”. *There will be additional costs if we need a Structural Engineer report for the project
  • After all information has been gathered, Michelle will schedule a third meeting to present all aspects of the project as well as her recommendations for moving forward. During this meeting Michelle will provide you with material selections, conceptual furnishings, fixtures and finishes, renderings and drawings of your new kitchen so that you can visualize the beautiful end result.

When it’s all said and done, you’ll have:

  1.  Actual material samples selected by Michelle specific to your style, wants and dreams for your project (tile, countertop, cabinet finishes).
  2.  An actual bids and investment figures from our talented Trades men and women who will be working on your project so that you know and understand what it costs to do what you are looking to do.
  3.  Conceptual Design Board to display your kitchen project on a cohesive level throughout.
  4.  Actual renderings of your new kitchen layout and look so that you can conceptually visualize the beautiful end result.
  5.  Guidance, feedback and insight from Michelle on how to proceed with the project so that you are comfortable, confident and knowledgable about your project.

EVERY commercial project starts with an Initial Consultation, whether it’s big or small. During the consultation Michelle and our team will gather the information we need to define the scope of work and send you a proposal for your project.

Every commercial property is different and we understand by hiring us we have 2 clients, you and your customers. We keep in mind your brand and customers -what they experience walking through your doors and giving them the reason to stay and spend their money with you. First impressions count and we bring in a team of professionals to customize your package to you space’s needs.

What to Expect from the Initial Consult:

  • You’ll get up to one hour (60 mins) at your project to discuss as many spaces as you’d like. Sometimes it’s helpful to walk the entire project, other times it’s most beneficial to discuss one space at a time.
  • This consultation should benefit YOU as much as possible, so if that means offering design advice, showing us how you utilize the space, and/or learning more about our “next steps”, we can work on whatever works best for you. If you have specific expectations for what you’d like to accomplish, please let us know so we can best serve you.
  • While at your project, Michelle will ask a lot of questions and we’ll take detailed notes and photos so that the conversation about your space can continue with our talented design/build team when Michelle returns to the office.
  • After our Initial Consultation, we will write up a Consultation Report including design recommendations as well as a proposal on how to best proceed with your project. This Report will be delivered via email within 5 business days of the Consultation.

How to Best Prepare for the Initial Consultation to Maximize Results:

  • Prepare some “Inspiration Images” to review with Michelle during your consultation to help define your design style and vision for the space.
  • Gather all parties involved in this design project and have a conversation about your level of investment for this project BEFORE Michelle arrives; if you don’t know 100%, that’s okay. It’s best to discuss how much time, energy and money you think you’d like to invest into this project so that Michelle can determine which design service would be best for you.
  • Provide us with any information or knowledge you have regarding the building’s zoning, ownership, limitations and/or restrictions.
